is extreme arousal a sign of ovulation
I think I may have ovulated late and i’m trying to learn how to track my cycle by symptotemping. i’m not very good at temping but I noticed about a couple days after my projected ovulation day I was extremely aroused with heavy wet egg white discharge. My period is currently about 2 days late and since I didn’t have unprotected sex pregnancy highly unlikely to be the cause. but im not sure how to gauge when im ovulating because i can never remember to temp
