How long after a miscarriage can you get pregnant again? I have been getting mixed answers

I had a miscarriage in September I was supposed to be 9w but the fetus stopped growing at 6 weeks I had one period about 6 weeks after my miscarriage and got on a mini pill but got pregnant the beginning of November just found out it’s twins so it really depends on how far along you were

It depends from person to person but I had a miscarriage at 6 weeks waited till my period came back after miscarriage took my fertility medication (clomid) and got pregnant again had a positive test 8 weeks after I had a miscarriage.
