I think I have a tear from rough sex

Hey ladies! SO and I had woken up around 3 this morning and decided to have a little half-asleep sex, and I think I have a tear from it! We had already had sex earlier in the day before, so he was having a little trouble "finishing" quickly...so he got really rough for a couple minutes to speed things along. Which is fine, I don't mind. But afterwards when I went pee, I noticed the pee stung and there was blood when I wiped! I've looked very closely at the wound today and it seems to be a tear on the bottom side towards the perineum... Any advice on how to heal this quickly?? I don't want a bunch of down time from the sex. Any help is much appreciated!
