should I give my bf nudes for anniversary

So me and my bfs anniversary is tomorrow and I took Polaroid nudes to give to him. (To clarify this is not the only gift I have for him just something extra) but I’m kind of nervous to give it to him because last time I did, he questioned why I wore a cute bra and thong in the pictures but not to his house. Reasons 1. I never wear bra or underwear EVER, only did it for the pictures so why would I wear it to his house and 2. Because one time I tried wearing lingerie for him and he somewhat rejected me so I just never did it again. I bought a cute bodysuit and took pictures but I’m honestly just nervous he’s gonna interrogate me about it. should I do it? should I face my fear of getting rejected again and bring the bodysuit too?

Edit- he doesn’t make me feel rejected. He’s obsessed with me and calls me beautiful and hot several times a day, it was just one time that I tried wearing lingerie and he told me he didn’t feel like doing anything and I felt so embarrassed I just never did it again. I usually just go completely naked during sex
