Diva cups ???

Do you use a Diva Cup ? I do and a #2 . I’m just coming back to having my period again after 3 kids . And because I breast-feed and still feeding my youngest I did get a period for 13m after have him . My question is when having a heavy day what is the most you have ever had to changer and empty your cup because it’s was full and overflowing. Yesterday I had to change and empty mine up to 7 times . Has this ever happened to anyone else ? I know our periods change over time and there is that adjustment time when your body comes back to having a period . But this was a bit scary for me having this heavy of a day . And this was after spotting for 4 already .  I did reach out to my midwife so there are no major health concerns with me at the moment. I was just wondering if anyone else has had very heavy days like this? Oh and when I say full I mean all the way to brim overflow full not just to the top line 15ml
