Pregnant with type 2 diabates

I'm one week pregnant and have diabetes. My A1c seems to be under control. That's why I was able to conceive, but I have a lot of anxiety right now. I am taking two different medicines I take one metformin two tabs a day and one insulin eight units once a day. Since I'm pregnant. I'm not sure if I should stop taking medicine or keep taking it. In the future, if I continue with the medication, it should be safe for the baby. Please let me know if there's anyone going through this. Please leave comment below.
