Normal Glucose Readings?

Question

Hi Ladies. I would like to know what are your current reading before and after meals? 
I was told normal would be between 3 mmol/L - 5 before meals and between 5 mmol/L - 7. 
I test 30 minutes before meals and 1 hour after meals. 
It’s so difficult to keep it within that range. I usually go over by 1 or 2 mmol/L.

Fasted i am between 5.4-6.5 1hr post im between 6.8-7.9... 2 hrs post meal im 6-6.5 so i fail nearly every test

When I first wake up my readings have been between 4-5.5
Depending what I eat for breakfast so if I ate coco pops, an hour later my reading was 8.9 (above range)
One morning I ate a quiche and drank a 600ml banana milk and an hour later my reading was 6.5 (within normal range) 
Last 2 days I’ve had banana oats with half a banana and an hour later my ready was 7.2 yesterday ( just within normal) and today was 7.9 (above normal)
