Period started again?

Hey guys, my period just finished a week before it started again. I got my period at an expected time, then around the third day of the first week of the birth control I forgot to take it for 2 days. So the next day I took 3, the last two days and the day of. Next day I get my period again. It’s been pretty light but it’s been a week of it and it hasn’t gone away. I’m still bleeding.

I figured I probably messed up my hormones not taking it and taking 3 altogether but then I figured it would be fine by now. Is this a sign of something else? Thank you
