Ugh😤

My induction is scheduled for today at 4pm and I just called L&D & spoke with the charge nurse. She told me my appointment won’t happen today bc there are 3 people ahead of me and I’m put on hold. I told her that I was told I would have priority because of my condition but I guess now there’s others who have similar conditions as me (hypertension) & they are first. I’m frustrated bc the nurse at antenatal yesterday told me she saw the list & since a lot of women had there babies New Year’s eve, it pushed a lot of us back (7 people) but she told me that with my condition and she saw others on there that mine seemed a little more serious so I would have priority. Even my doctor told me as well. I know things can change but I’m still disappointed that I have to still wait. I thought today would be the day but I guess not. They told me to call back around 3 so idk. They told me the wait can be as long as 3 days but was told by the front desk yesterday at my antenatal appointment they won’t let me go past 2 days of waiting. It’s just frustrating when everyone tells you different things. I was really hoping I could meet my babygirl today or tomorrow😞
