Possible Chemical Pregnancy/Miscarriage?! PLEASE HELP!!

So this happened awhile ago@ i thought it was a normal period until i looked down at my pad and found this... Not sure what it is? And i do sometimes have clots (which is normal) but nothing like this ever!! Please help!! 🫣🥺

It’s just uterine lining. It doesn’t always break down and will come out like this. It’s not anything concerning. 
If it were a loss, you’d still test positive.

In my opinion this looks like your uterine wall shedding, did you have a positive pregnancy test though? Or did you just get your period. I don’t believe it’s a miscarriage but I could be wrong.
