just need some help w cold sore/pimple

hey guys so i have ghsv1 so gettin it orally isn't that big of a deal to me but I'd like to know if i have it or not just to prevent contagion and also treat it properly

I've had it for about 5 days now, no weeping or anything

It's a red bump with a white center. I've been treating it as if it's a cold sore but it hasn't really done anything besides lower the swelling (1st pic is from Sunday and 2nd and 3rd are from today

So do you guys think it's a cold sore or a pimple? Any feedback appreciated!
