Crazy sex problems! Help please?

Hello this is crazy but I need recommendations or suggestions??

I had sex for the first time and we did it more than once lol I mean it was my first time and I had no idea what I was doing but then after that I got a uti and I went to the doctor for that it and it seem better but then was diagnosed with BV so am getting treatment for that but now I think my UTI is back and idk don’t know what or why?? Or how
