Water Beads from squishy ball

My son is 4 and he got this squishy little ball with these beads inside of it and it popped. He was pretending they were medicine but he says he didn’t swallow any. I’m freaking out. I called both poison control and his pediatrician and they both said he should be fine but to watch him for any abdominal pain or vomiting but no need to go to the ER. Has this happened to anyone? I’m never going to sleep tonight.
