TW : miscarriage . Is this a miscarriage ?

So here’s my story . Please let me know if you have ever experienced anything like this . For the past two weeks I was very suspicious that I was pregnant . Felt similar symptoms as I did with my first pregnancy . I took a test and I saw a faint positive. I was in denial and swore up and down the test was wrong or didn’t work well , later on I bought another test and it gave me a negative so I took it as that. The next days after the negative I didn’t get my period , I was 3 days late , had lots of brown and pink spotting but didn’t think much of it . The following day I got my period and it was HEAVY and TERRIBLE CRAMPS I really thought my period was just hitting me hard , I felt suppppper lightheaded which never happens to me , well when i proceeded to take a shower a large blood clot comes out , lands on my foot and I realized it’s literally the size of my foot ! ( size 5.5 in shoes btw ) so I panic and get out of the shower , I continued to have heavy bleeding and had more blood clots ( shown in the pictures ) . The cramping was intense , I would say they were just as bad as my first few contractions I had when I was in labour my first pregnancy . Would you guys consider this a miscarriage ? I’m in hard denial and I just need someone to say yes I’ve been there this is a miscarriage , accept it and start to heal .
