Loss is my fault

Got light positive tests on Sunday and Monday. I drank an herbal tea that I didn’t realize said consult doctor if pregnant before using and yesterday I started bleeding and now the lines are basically gone on the tests. I’m so mad at myself I fully feel like this is my fault and I caused it. Everyone is telling me not to blame myself but it’s so hard now that I read that. Sorry just venting
