brown looking moles popped up

i shaved 3 days ago but noticed this 2 days ago. these little mole looking things were never there before. not even one. idk what it is. i went to the doctor today and asked them about it and they said they’d refer me to a dermatologist but idk when i’ll actually see them. it doesn’t itch, it’s not bothering me, but idk what it is. i know the red spots are ingrown hairs but the brown spots are new. anyone else have this issue or know someone with this issue?
