14 month old hoarse voice

My 14 month old has had a hoarse/raspy voice for weeks now. He’s not been shouting or crying etc and isn’t sick. Doesn’t seem to bother him but he almost has no voice at this point. Does anyone know what could be the cause of this? Idk if going to a doctor is dramatic since he’s fine? Parents
