Confused

I am in the process of getting a divorce from a controlling manipulator. We have 2 kids together and are attempting amicable coparenting. He moved out in October 2023.

A week ago my Nextdoor neighbor and I chatted and he had asked how I was and if I needed help to let him know.

Well we’ve been chatting for about a week and he’s expressed an interest in me. But before doing so, he’s been so sweet. Taking my trash cans to the curb, he even brought me a gallon of milk when he knew I was going to go shopping. He helped me look for my dog out in my he freezing rain.

I’ve had a crappy 7 years of marriage, emotional neglect, mental neglect, manipulation and all around coldness. Now I’m getting a peak at someone wanting to care for me, and actually doing it, not just saying… am I wrong for wanting to talk and see what happens?
