Dumb men🤪

I used to talk to this guy for a month, we only hanged out twice and he ghosted me. On new years he texted happy new years so I did the same thing back. Now days ago I noticed that he added me on his close friends list on instagram which was weird cz we don’t even talk anymore and he ghosted me. Could this mean anything?
