Anyone see a hematoma?

I’m 8 weeks 2 days right now and have my first appointment tomorrow with my doctor but we went to an ultrasound boutique at 7 weeks 4 days because I was nervous and couldn’t wait until my appointment to check on baby. Baby was healthy and had a strong heartbeat. I had some bleeding (bright red) dec 22nd and told my doctor about it but he was concerned as it went away. This week I’ve had dark brown spotting in very small amounts. I just tried to have sex with my husband and had quite a bit of old blood so we stopped. I have an ultrasound and see my doctor tomorrow but just wondering if anyone sees a hematoma in my ultrasound from last week or something off? Just trying to ease my mind until the morning.
