Breast pain stopped ??!

I am currently 4 weeks 2 days . Two days ago my breasts started hurting along with my nipples . This morning I woke up and they are back to normal not hurting anymore . I am so worried that means I will miscarry . Does anyone else have any experience with this ? Pic of most recent test progression last night

Your line progression is fantastic! I wouldn’t worry about the breast pain, hormones surge and that can cause all symptoms to come and go in waves. Congratulations on sweet bean!😊
