Rhogam shot

I had to get the rhogam shot when I went to the OBED because I’m A- blood type. I went on a Monday and then that Friday I had my genetic tests and blood work done at 10 weeks. My immature Granulocyte came back elevated so I had to get it drawn again this past week at my OB. My OB thinks it’s just because I had the shot 4 days before the blood work was drawn but I have been worried about it. Has anyone had this happen before?

Also my husband is O- so it shouldn’t really matter with both of us being negative!
