10weeks & 3days today(: Anyone wanna guess gender?🩷🩵

My baby gave me a front face showing today. Seeing its little body wiggle today made me cry right away. After struggling with infertility for 16 years it just gets me so emotional everytime I see my baby. So far I crave sweets and lots of but I try not to give in. I’m always tired but can’t really sleep when I feel that way. I lose my breath when I do too much idk why lol. My boobs aren’t as sore so if anyone has any tips on what I can do to produce more milk please tell me. I really want to breastfeed my baby especially since it’s my first. Hope everyone is doing great today!
