Depends on what marriage means to the person. Is it the document that means so much to the person or the party? Is it the religious aspect?

I'll probably end up getting married but I honestly think it's a weird society scam. It's kind of all for show, marriage wasn't even a legal document until the 1900s. It's very strange when I think about it. And I hate the fact that society doesn't take a relationship seriously until it's a marriage. I remember when I was in bootcamp a girl pretty much stuck her nose up at me because me and my boyfriend live together and aren't married, she ended up cheating on her husband while we were in training. Marriage is about what you believe, but I don't think it changes the solidity of that relationship in any way.

Me and my husband got married because we felt it was the next step in our relationship but it's just personal preference. We have only been married 8 months and it still makes me go funny inside whenever he calls me his wife 😁😍

I want to be married but I don't think it's more important or significant depending on the people. Some people dislike the religious or governmental aspect of it, but still take the relationship as seriously.
