How do you guys do it?

My partner works M-F 8am - 5pm, gets home and plays video games all night sometimes till 1am or 4am.

Its been countless times where its just me and my son having dinner. Me and my son playing. Like he will have weekends to go help his grandma and see his parents but then come home, leave our almost 5 y/o playing while he’s completely distracted playing video games for hours. Mind you I also work, but I know manage my time. With dinner, cleaning the house, ans my son. Let alone Im expecting in June, and I do most things by myself. My parents and friends notice, and its embarrassing. I understand our own time, but not obsessively take advantage and play every night for hours. I just dont even bother to argue anymore abour it. But i do get emotional (pregnancy hormones) at night when were in bed, and Ive had most of my day dedicated to my son, and then I crave intimacy and attention that I just haven’t gotten. Maybe IM over exaggerating due to hormones right now, but I feel like im just done. I communicate it, but every night its the same thing, even pn weekends when he has them off.

Any advice on how to better communicate? What can I do? Say? Im just so lost & hurt & emotional. Ugh.
