Possible yeast infection?

Hi!

About a week ago my pee smelled different like bread. It eventually went away but I got this rash that was itchy. I did have a light white/ yellow tint discharge.

I have no itchiness inside my vag at all. It was itchy on my perineum to my butt crack. Based on what I saw on the internet its kinda like a diaper rash.

I dont think i ever had a yeast infection before. So I got monistat but Im nervous to use it if I actually dont have it.

What do yall think?
