Can someone help in regards of fitness
So I downloaded an app to help with my working out journey, I just don’t know what option to choose in regards of personal goals . The app has different options to choose from and the two I’m in between are build and strength or maintain and body recomposition . I’m currently 5’2 and weight 138 . I’m more of a skinny fat, most of my body fat sits on my abdomen area and my goals are to grow a booty, thighs and flatten stomach . Which option would fit best ? I was thinking maybe body recomp since I did gain weight I have the extra fat to work with in regards of growing but then again idk anything about fitness . Any suggestions please ?
