50/50 custody - dad never around

I have 50/50 custody with my daughter’s father. He has no expenses, he lives in a RV that his parents own at a Race track they own about an hour away, he works for his parents, and his parents bought his truck.

Everytime it’s his time to have them, he is never in town. He is always “at the race track”, my 2 daughters tell me.

He just texted me talking about claiming BOTH girls on his taxes this year. I think that’s BULLSHIT because HIS MOM has the girls when it’s HIS time to have them and he HAS NO expenses while I’m over here a single parent.

Any advice?????
