Finding an OB for baby #2

Idk if i need reassurance or to vent or what. Just found im pregnant with #2. My son is 2.5yrs and we used a midwife for a home water birth and it was absolutely amazing. We have sinced moved and the midwife moved so I am 2hrs from her. And her fees went up. Its not in our budget for a midwife and I have aetna insurace that has a strong stance against homebirth. The birth center thats an hr away 1) requires a 1500$ deposit, and 2) is good for risking people out. So now I have to find an OB, it seriously seems they mostly have crappy reviews and I am not looking forward to dealing with the medical side of birth. I know what I want and dont want and I feel its going to be issues with most drs having someone question them. Then there is the issue of my toddler. We have 0 family close by, not in any kind of community groups, dont really have neighbors, besides an old man down the road. So is it going to be an issue finding a dr he can attend appts with me. You know because he'll be such a distraction in that hr wait for 5 min appointment..(Im being sarcastic) i know one of the OB offices has a policy for kids and even sends Moms away if they bring the new baby to theyre 6week appt. It caused a whole big issue in the local facebook groups lol
