Question for moms who have already given birth vaginally before

Okay.. so my in-laws are wanting to be at the hospital and I know I just want it to be me and my man when I’m actively giving birth at the very least, maybe even just us when I’m getting closer. But if I do let them come in the room before that, how often were your lady parts exposed? 😅 Feels so silly asking that but if I’m going to have to ask them to be leaving the room very often, I’d rather them probably not be there at all. I’m very uncomfortable with the idea of either of my in-laws seeing that.
