Secondary infertility & letrozole

Hi everyone,

I’m curious to know if anyone has had success with letrozole after secondary infertility? I have 2 daughters 15&11 and have been trying for a 3rd for about 8 years now. I do have pcos (which I was diagnosed with after) I was perfectly healthy and fine prior to my last pregnancy. But somehow everything changed. I have the same partner nothing like that has changed.

My periods became extremely irregular leading to no ovulation. After constant years of seeing my OB and being told you have pcos maybe loose a little weight (which I did and still nothing happened) I finally got a new doctor that said let’s just jump ship let’s try 3 rounds of letrozole starting at the 2.5mg. I’m taking progesterone currently to induce a period, then I start days 3-7.

Has anyone experienced anything similar and had success? Just trying to get some peace of mind
