Get a bidet and wash your vagina and anus every time you use the restroom. Wear only cotton underwear and No thongs. Poop bacteria is the main cause of BV. Take daily probiotics and consider drinking some kombucha that can help regulate healthy bacteria in your gut. always wipe from front to back, meaning all the way from your vagina and off your anus because if u stop half way or go from back to front bacteria spreads.. Try lume.    I can only use dove sensitive.  I cannot put anything on me that has dyed or scents

Watch what you’re washing yourself with. Lubricants. Condoms. Etc etc. I got BV all the time I put certain objects on my vagina…

I’d see about your overall diet and also any products you use on yourself or laundry that can be causing it. Also, if your partner has it, he can be giving it back to you after you are treated.

My dr told me smoking and acidity levels in your body can effect bv. If its acidity for u try to alkaline ur body. Apricot seeds are reallyyy good for that
