Pregnancy after miscarriage

Feeling very anxious this time round, had a mc on oct 18th 23 and have just found out im pregnant again. Trying to not get my hopes up as I now know how easily things can go wrong 🥺 my breast tenderness seems to come and go and I’m getting the odd twinge. Has anyone go experienced the same after a mc but managed to be successful?

This will be my 3rd pregnancy, my first pregnancy I had some bleeding at 8 weeks and 13 weeks but went on to have a healthy girl nearly 3 now

Had my mirena coil taken out end of July 23 and fell pregnant the September 23 miscarried by October

Just wanting to see if anyone has been through anything similar or can help me feel less anxious
