I can’t feel anything! Help please

I need advice, Iv been searching for answers for almost four years. I have no feeling down there and It doesn’t feel good when a guy goes down on me and all I feel during sex is pressure and lots of pain. Which has completely ruined my sex drive because I can’t get wet. My clit isn’t very sensitive. I can sometimes orgasm using a toy. But I’m worried because I can’t feel my vaginal lips, even before I started having sex. It hurts really bad if my man sticks his fingers in me even. Iv tried multiple positions as well as even tried propping a pillow under my bum and stomach nothing has worked. My man is perfectly sized so I don’t understand why it hurts. He’s also tried using lube that does nothing. I still end up very dry because I cannot get wet. I don’t feel pleasure during sex. I just want to enjoy sex! It’s put a huge toll on my mental health. I feel like I’m alone, my OB says my vagina looks normal. So i really don’t know why I can’t feel anything and why it hurts.
