Pinkish blood @ 35weeks

I was on week31 when i first had this pinkish blood on tissue after peeing. I was 1 cm dilated then and already showed contractions per my NST. I was taking Duvadilan since then. Now at week35, Ive been seeing this again even though Im on medication. Is this a sign of labor? I am scheduled to see my doctor tomorrow. Just worried right now
