Started spotting 😭

Could I still be pregnant. I’m cd24 and 11 dpo I’ve done strip pregnancy test and im sure I see a vvvft but I started spotting yesterday very light but im getting heavy spotting today. I did take a clear blue on Wednesday and it said it 1/2 weeks I just thought I’d have a stronger second line on strip pregnancy test but I guess im having a chemical pregnancy again 😭what should I do comments needed please 🙏
