I’m really upset this happened 😞

So my brother is getting married in April and my sister in law is doing a bridal shower next week. She told me that I was not allowed to bring my baby and 8 year old. I understand that and I really tried to get my husband to take care of them while I go but his boss wouldn’t let him take off. My mom and sister are going and I don’t have any friends to rely on. I let her know that i really had no options but she said I couldn’t come if I my kids were with me. I know it’s her right and I’m absolutely not blaming her. I just really wanted to go and we are really close.. it’s my twin brother’s fiancé and we are like best friends… I asked everyone but no one would be able to take care of the kids…. I just feel sad for not being able to go. But I do understand it’s her decision in the end…

EDIT- the bridal shower is small and I am the only one with kids 😭

Yes I try to be understanding and she knows my kids so well…
