Positive urine negative blood

So I took a pregnancy test urine 9dpo and was negative. I did a qualitative blood test also negative, then on 10dpo I took a digital and a Greg’s preg test both positive

Today at 12dpo I did another digital which was also positive. Went to the doctor and did another qualitative blood test and it was negative. Came back home and did another trip test below

Which was positive and darker than yesterday and day before. What do you think is happening? P.s doctor did a qualitative blood pregnancy test which only shows positive or negetive NOT a quantitative test which shows the amount of HCG.
