am i even pregnant?

so in the past 4 days i’ve had 5 tests. first day i had two faint lines. then the second day i took a digital and it has the little book next to it so i broke it open and found a positive test. a few hour later i took another and it was negative. then the next day i went and took a blood test and that was negative too but the doctor said i have hgc in my system just to early to tell. wtf is going on am i even pregnant?
