Am I a shitty friend?

My best friend moved in with me and my husband about a year and a half ago. Would be 2 years in July. It was supposed to be temporary is what she said. I found out like 4 days before Christmas that I’m pregnant. I told her on Christmas night. She said she would try and find a place. She has only put in for 1 place though and says there is a 6 month waiting list to get in there. I told her my baby would be here by then so she’d need a place to go. I was super nice about it. She’s in my only other room so I need that for the baby. She can more than afford her own place. We’ve only been charging $300 for rent. She does buy her own groceries, but she gets all utilities, WiFi, my tv, everything. I wast even gonna charge her, but she insisted on paying that. She has a dog and her chickens here too.

She came home last night after I talked to her about it and she wouldn’t even look at me. She started packing all of her stuff and loading it into her car. She won’t look at me, talk to me, nothing. I honestly am so hurt. I thought she was my best friend, but now I feel like I was just being used. Am I the bad friend for this? I was just trying to look out for my baby and I.
