Nipple pain

My daughter was born on Sunday morning and I’ve been exclusively breastfeeding her. She is mainly cluster feeding (basically feeding almost constantly) and I’ve noticed a lot of pain in both nipples. I know that some pain and discomfort is common as your boobs adjust but I’ve got what I call cauliflower nipple. The nipple gets lots of what look like white cauliflower bits that have a clear liquid inside, I first thought blister but after an hour of feeding they deflate and turn bronze coloured. Has anyone experienced this? Is it super painful and would like advice on it.

The other breast is getting less painful and no issues so I’m sure it’s not an attachment issue.
