Potty training

Help this is my first time potty training. My daughter know how to use the toilet now but she doesn’t tell me when she pooped so she’ll just lift her underwear up and she’ll still have poop sometimes. I show her how to wipe but she only does it when I’m with her. How do I get her to tell me that she pooped?

Another question what do you do when you go out and she need to go to the bathroom? I usually put a diaper on when we go out but I want her to start fully using underwear so how do I handle going out?

Last question what do you do for night time. I usually put a diaper on her but what do you do if she needs to go to the bathroom in the middle of the night going to the bathroom alone at night kinda seem scary to me with her access to the shower and stuff.
