Worked in plastic surgery and  astheticmedicine for years. They can be useful in addition to doing a healthy diet and exercise...I would not do them at home. There are risks and side effects to them I've seen at home botch jobs from it, especially in the belly. Go talk to a professional and go from there. It is way way more expensive and hard to undo damage you could so at home
