Help. I’m embarrassed to ask anyone/anywhere else

I’m gonna just jump right into this. It’s gonna be gross and weird and TMI.

I had a kinda painful “pimple” on my hoohoo, closer towards to booty area but not quite. I popped it. Because why tf not and it was hurting. So a hard little….ball?….came out. It was white.

And being a naturally curious person, I tried to squish it to see what tf it was. It almost looked powdery. But there were a bunch of teeny tiny hair looking things. Those were white. The weird powdery stuff smelled how mouth plaque smells. Yes, gross, I know. Both for smelling and telling. But I’m kinda scared? Please help me.
