Did I get scammed?

I was trying to find health insurance because I need it because I’m pregnant. I tried on Healthcare.gov, but didn’t find anything there that my doctor was in network with as well as my hospital. However I started getting calls from “agents” saying they had plans available and stuff. I didn’t trust any at first. I gave into one though and they set me up for “Reliant Care 1”. I paid $572 for the first month and it was supposed to go into effect on the first of this month, but I haven’t gotten any emails or mail with an insurance card or anything. When I looked at the transaction on my back account it went under “clothing”. Did I fuck up and get scammed? Is there anyway I can get my money back?
