Adenomyosis

Hey question guys is there anyone else suffering from adenomyosis and having luck without expensive as hell ivf and reproduction specialists getting pregnant naturally? I did on my first kid which was an honest miracle even though it took 5 years to have him now 5 years later still no sibling for my boy and we are about to give up and I have been debating on getting uterus removed to help with the pain.....
