Have you ever hit your head so hard you HEARD pain?

This is so stupid and probably funny but I hit myself in the face with a gate. It was raining and my mom’s gate was stuck and closed and after messing with it for a while i got frustrated and pulled on it super hard… then i slipped and let go so it came back and smashed me in my face, I fell into my car and just sat there in soooo much pain. For a minute I swear to god I HEARD that pain! I couldn’t even think!. I finally look at myself and I bloodied my nose AND blacked my eye. My face was so swollen.

I looked like I got beat up and the worst part about this is I had an interview for a job the next day.
