Any successful water fast stories ?
 So I went on a fast for two weeks and I lost 20 pounds. I definitely added hot chocolate and coffee to my diet as well as a little salt but only because it definitely kept my energy and the salt helped with the electrolytes and not passing out. Well, in the past, I was a little bulimic, but I had stopped, and I try to get off the fast, but I kept binging, and I don’t know how to eat again…
 I am 172 pounds I was 191 less than a month ago.
I want to fast for about another five days to cleanse my body again and my mind but I keep cheating and don’t know how to resist and then I end up binging and throwing up.
that’s been going on every day for about eight days. I prayed about the situation a week ago and the whole day I did great without binging or touching any food.
I do feel like you who is taking place because I am doing this for a good purpose, and not just to lose weight believe it or not .  Spiritual and discipline. Matters are a factor to the reason that I’m doing this But I just want to know can anyone tell me how to stay obedient to myself and to have discipline w consistency.
My goal is just to fast for 5 additional days and to stop.
I need help as far as having to start back slow and not dramatic.
