No sex drive for either of us- help 🫶🏼

Hi all.

My husband and I both have been struggling with our sex drive for a while.

I have digestive issues which often make me uncomfortable; and I am on the pill as well as depression meds.

He is over weight/not the healthiest. Hasn’t mentioned depression, but I do see signs.

What can help us? What should we try?

I hate that we connect in this way only 1-2 times a month. We both want it to be more but we also don’t want to force ourselves to do it just because we feel like we need to. We want to WANT it, but we don’t…and we hate that so much.
