Incontinence, Let’s Talk!
Alright Mommas, and Preggo Mommas.
I am 24 weeks pregnant with my third baby, and let me say I’ve never peed on myself before now.
I realize this is pretty common, pregnancy and after but this is the first time it’s been more then a little dribble!! I have the bladder of a 90 year old!
Any tips and tricks for me? As I slowly come to the realization that this is a new era in my life 🤣🤷🏼♀️
